ATV Xperience Playa del Carmen: jungle riding and Xapuzón

ATV Xperience Playa del Carmen: jungle riding and Xapuzón

A jungle ride with a swimming stop

The Playa del Carmen experience pairs its ATV route with Xapuzón, a swimming area that offers a change of pace after the ride. This is a different location from ATV Xperience Cancún. Choose the route by its actual activities and arrival point rather than treating both names as interchangeable.

You ride in a guided caravan, not independently. Previous ATV experience is not required, but listening to the briefing and following instructions are essential. If someone prefers not to drive, consider a shared vehicle and confirm who will take the handlebars before booking.

Choosing the right option

A single option provides an individual ATV; a double option is shared, with a maximum of two adults per vehicle. A per-adult price is not a whole-vehicle price. Check the total for every traveler and verify the intended driver's eligibility and documents.

Xapuzón is included in this Playa del Carmen experience. Jet Boat belongs to the Cancún route and should not be expected here. Transportation is another separate choice: admission alone does not automatically include hotel pickup.

Duration and departures

The published activity duration is approximately 105 minutes. This location lists Monday-to-Saturday departures at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., local time. These are operating hours, not guaranteed spaces for a particular date.

Transportation adds travel time in both directions. Check hotel coverage and the confirmed pickup point if choosing a transfer option. When arriving independently, use the Playa del Carmen location in your booking details, not an address for another ATV route.

Included and additional services

The package includes the ATV ride, Xapuzón, safety equipment and a box lunch. Lockers, changing rooms, showers, restrooms, parking and rest areas are available. Photography, souvenirs and personal purchases are separate expenses. Collision insurance is additional and charged per vehicle; clarify its amount and conditions before paying.

Participation and driver eligibility

The minimum participant age is 12. Travelers aged 12 to 15 join as passengers. Drivers must be at least 16 with a valid license or permit; those aged 16 or 17 also need an accompanying adult. Being old enough to participate does not automatically qualify someone to drive.

Bring original identification, closed-toe shoes and the applicable driving document. The supplier restricts participation during pregnancy and for certain medical conditions or recent injuries. Resolve any eligibility question before booking rather than assuming that every member of the group can join.

Plan the practical details

Pack swimwear, a towel and dry clothes for after the water activity. Cameras cannot be used while riding. Secure your belongings before setting off and keep the arrival instructions available on your phone. Leave enough time afterward for changing and the journey back to your accommodation.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellations more than two days before arrival carry a 10% charge; cancellations two days or less ahead are not refundable. Date changes on the day of the visit are not allowed. Check location, date, party and selected services before payment. This is a guided outing with specific inclusions, not an unrestricted ATV rental or the Cancún Jet Boat combination.
