ATV Xperience Cancún: a jungle ATV ride

A jungle outing near Cancún

ATV Xperience Cancún trades beach time for a guided caravan ride. This is not an independent vehicle rental: you follow the route and the guide's instructions. Decide whether each eligible driver wants an individual ATV or whether sharing suits your group before comparing options.

Single, shared and Jet Boat options

Single means an individual vehicle; double means a shared ATV, with a maximum of two adults aboard. Check the full party total, because a price labeled per adult is not the price of the entire vehicle. When both occupants qualify to drive, switching is allowed only where the guide directs.

Jet Boat is available on the Cancún route as a separate inclusion. It is not part of the basic ATV admission unless your selected option explicitly combines both activities. A gallery photograph should never replace checking the booking summary.

Time and getting there

The published activity duration is approximately 105 minutes. General departures run Tuesday through Saturday at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., local time. Actual places still need to be checked for your date; the operating schedule is not a promise of availability.

Admission-only and transportation options are different products. If you need pickup, check that your hotel or meeting point is covered. Travel time is additional, and your pickup appointment is distinct from the activity start. Keep both details handy and allow enough time to reach the confirmed meeting place.

Included services and separate expenses

The experience includes the ATV ride, protective equipment and a box lunch. Facilities include lockers, changing rooms, showers, restrooms, parking and rest areas. Photo packages, souvenirs and additional purchases are separate. Collision insurance is not included and is charged per vehicle; its amount and conditions must be clarified before purchase.

Age and driving requirements

Participants must be at least 12. Driving requires a minimum age of 16 and a valid license or permit. Drivers aged 16 or 17 also need an accompanying adult. Travelers aged 12 to 15 ride as passengers, so consider driver eligibility when deciding who shares each ATV.

Bring original identification and the driving document if you intend to drive. The supplier restricts participation during pregnancy and for certain medical conditions or recent injuries. Check eligibility before paying if a restriction may apply; this is not a universally suitable activity.

What to prepare

Closed-toe shoes are required. Wear comfortable clothes and pack a towel and a change if choosing a water activity. Cameras cannot be used during the ride. Listen to the briefing, keep personal belongings secure and leave some flexibility in the rest of your day. Finishing the activity is not the same as arriving back at your hotel.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellations more than two days ahead carry a 10% charge; cancellations two days or less ahead are not refundable. Same-day date changes are not permitted. Before completing your booking, check participants, date, vehicle arrangement, Jet Boat inclusion and transportation individually.
